Meeting Rooms

Please note that all meeting rooms, including the Chapel and Tabernacle, are large open spaces with folding chairs made available for you to arrange in any way that facilitates your programming.

The Tabernacle

The Tabernacle

The Tabernacle serves groups of 75 to 350+.  This 4700-square-foot building features a majestic fireplace built with 100 tons of native stone and a glass wall overlooking the 5-acre lake through a giant timber cross.  Ample space and power are available for band and audio-visual equipment.

The Chapel

The Chapel serves groups of up to 150.  Set on a heavily forested slope, it features windowed walls at both ends which provide an inspiring, natural background for your meeting in any season.  A floor-to-ceiling fireplace adds to the rustic charm.  Ample space and power are available for band and audio-visual set-ups.

The Director's Lodge

The Director's Lodge serves groups of 15-20 in a "living room" atmosphere.  At the top of the hill, it offers a view of the entire camp area, yet has a sense of quiet seclusion.

The Lakeside Room
The Lakeside Room

The Lakeside Room serves groups of up to 50.  A native-stone fireplace, a window-wall view, and patio doors opening onto a spacious deck built over the lake make this facility a delightful place to enjoy the beauty of God's creation.

The Indian Room & The Bear's Den

The Indian Room & The Bear's Den

The Main Building houses two meeting rooms, each with a large stone fireplace.  The Indian Room overlooks the lake from two walls of windows and can accommodate groups up to 60.  The Bear's Den can accommodate up to 75 people.

testimonies

My team and I enjoyed our stay at the Laney Lodge for this year's retreat. The environment was conducive for the moving of the Spirit, the rooms are clean and elegant, the food was awesome.  I want to say a big thank you to your organization most especially Lynn who worked so hard to make the place home for us.

Bethel Fellowship Church

On behalf of our pastor, the planning committee for the women's conference is pleased to say thank you to each and every one of you.  We had a good time at both Summit Lake and Middle Creek.  Although this was not planned, God uses every circumstance for our good.  As a group, we have learned how to be more flexible and to depend on God.  It was not easy for you to accommodate three different groups.  You have allowed God to use you with such a grace that we were able to fly like eagles.  The kitchen staffs . . . were excellent and very accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay at the camp last week-end.
The facilities were excellant and the staff treated us very well. The men even caught a few fish.
