During hours when the kitchen is staffed (usually 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.), please report emergencies to the kitchen staff.  They will contact the appropriate person to help you.

During evening and overnight hours, report emergencies to Jim Holler.  Group leaders will receive contact information upon arrival.  This information is also posted by the public phone outside the kitchen on the sun porch.

Only group leaders should report emergencies.

Please do everything possible to take care of maintenance issues during regular staff hours, and be considerate of our staff’s time with their families during evening and overnight hours.
